During this training session, technical staff from Ajinomoto Company introduced and instructed the use of the "Nutritionally Balanced Menu Building" software, an important tool to enhance nutrition for school meals. At the same time, Ajinomoto chefs shared principles and techniques of food processing, from ingredient selection to food preservation, to ensure food safety and nutritional quality of the dishes.
