TIỀN GIANG, October 18, 2025 – Nguyễn Trãi Primary School has cemented its position as a model for educational excellence, successfully hosting a special "Happy Lunch" buffet on October 17, 2025. The event, provided by La Ri Vietnam Joint Stock Company also known as LARI’S Caterer catering service, drew official oversight and media attention, with representatives from the Food Safety and Sanitation Department of Đồng Tháp and the Television Station visiting to record La Ri’s service operations.

This commitment is upheld through rigorous processes: raw materials are sourced from certified suppliers, all food is tested upon arrival, and kitchen personnel are professionally trained with required Food Safety Certificates. Furthermore, the physical separation of kitchen zones ensures a one-way flow of operations to prevent cross-contamination, and the company secures student welfare with public liability insurance of 2.5 billion VND/year.

Nutrition Education through Innovative Meals
The school's meal program is driven by a deep commitment to comprehensive nutrition education. The menu is developed using the nutritional balance software from the “School Meal” project (a joint effort by Ajinomoto Vietnam, the National Institute of Nutrition, and the Ministry of Education & Training) , ensuring meals are diverse, energetic, and nutritionally complete. The "Happy Lunch" buffet serves as an engaging way to teach life skills, allowing students to personally select their favorite foods from a variety of over 20 options. This format helps students eat more enjoyably and be more proactive in their food choices, while simultaneously fostering healthy eating habits, queuing etiquette, sharing, and hygiene awareness. Beyond this monthly event, a unique "Daily Vegetable and Fruit Buffet" is offered to increase student enthusiasm for produce and promote diverse, healthy eating habits.
